At Pat's Guitars we offer you various payment options to make your purchase as convenient as possible. Please choose from the following options:

For payment, we offer you the following payment methods in cooperation with Shopify Payments:

PayPal:
Just a few steps to payment:
1. At checkout, select “PayPal” as your payment method.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.patsguitars.de).

Klara:
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:
Invoice: The payment deadline is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, for other services, from the provision of the service. The invoice conditions for purchases on account for deliveries to Germany can be found at

Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
Direct debit: The debit takes place after the goods have been dispatched. The time will be communicated to you by email. (Please only list the payment methods that you offer here.)
The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. - b) Shipping information:
Our deliveries are made worldwide through our shipping partner DHL.
Please note that all deliveries are made exclusively by DHL. Shipping costs are calculated depending on the shipping method and delivery area selected. We would be happy to provide you with further information about shipping.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are free for residents of Germany and the EU. Please refer to the exact costs of the shipping option selected during the ordering process.
Customs note: When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order, which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but rather by you directly to them to be paid to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.
Delivery times: Delivery times vary depending on the delivery area chosen and, if applicable, the payment method chosen.
For standard shipping with DHL within Germany, the delivery time is usually 1-2 working days. However, it should be noted that in a few cases delivery times may vary.
Within Europe the delivery time is on average three to 6 working days. Here, too, there may be longer delivery times in a few cases.
For international shipments, delivery times vary depending on the country. Further information is available upon request. For international orders, we recommend allowing additional shipping time to account for any customs clearance or other country-specific processes.
